Allerton Road is a new build, low energy house nestled within the leafy suburbs. The project places emphasis on creating a calm and crafted home with a strong connection to nature. The design has been developed alongside an energy consultant to provide a low energy design and to meet future energy standards. The project is due to start on site in Autumn 2022.

This project provides a full width rear extension and whole house refurbishment to a property in North London. Located within the Stroud Green Conservation Area, the sensitive nature of the context was a starting point; Magri Williams carefully explored the form and materiality to establish a soft connection between the new and existing.

Magri Williams worked alongside design studio Daytrip, to develop and convert a London terrace house in Hackney, into flats. The works included a full width rear extension, first floor terrace, whole house refurbishment and loft extension. The client wanted a clean and minimal aesthetic, that provided an original design yet was also sympathetic with the local Conservation area.

Hackney House on Foulden Road is a calm retreat in the heart of Hackney, London. Following the global pandemic, Magri Williams were appointed as architect and interior designer to produce a full width rear extension and whole house refurbishment.
